You can interpret this anyway you want...As long it is summery, it is eligible to win!!! (This could be the oppurtunity to draw a HOT character from the HOTTEST anime!!!! )

RULES: One entry per person please. If you choose to submit a new one, your last entry will be removed.
Deadline is 20th August 2006. Entries after that deadline will be ignored.

As the referral points system isn't working as much as I'd hoped, I have decided to make a Points System that rewards almost EVERYTHING you do!!! This is an oppurtunity to earn points to boost your rank just for being an active member of the group!

*HOW TO EARN POINTS*
If you come 1st Place in a Contest: 50 points
If you come 2nd Place in a Contest: 25 points
If you come 3rd Place in a Contest: 10 points
If you compete in a Contest: 5 points
If you submit a Deviation: 5 points
If you vote in a Contest: 1 point (members only)
If you refer a new member to the club: 10 points (have to have proof)
